Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer at Recruit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our user experience across all digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless and intuitive designs that deliver value to our users. We're looking for someone who is passionate about problem-solving, has a deep understanding of user-centered design, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual language across platforms.

• Advocate for the user experience while balancing business needs and technical constraints.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a design culture within the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and visual design.

• Experience with user research and data-driven design.

• Ability to work in an agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

• Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus.

• A passion for creating delightful and intuitive user experiences.
