A Top 100 law firm with a long-established presence in Lymington is looking for a residential property lawyer to join its team on the edge of the New Forest. The caseload is genuinely high quality: town, coast and country properties, often for private clients with wider estate and wealth considerations, and frequently repeat instructions across generations of the same families.

The Role

• Running your own caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, lease extensions and transfers of ownership

• Acting for private clients on higher value and more complex transactions across the New Forest and South Coast

• Working alongside specialists in tax, private wealth and property disputes when matters need them

• Operating within a CQS accredited team that deliberately avoids the commoditised, tick-box end of the market

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with solid residential property experience

• Experience with higher value or complex transactions is useful, but attitude and client care matter more than a specific PQE number

• Keen to build a practice in a market where clients value service rather than shop on price
