A leading regional law firm is looking to add a Residential Property Lawyer to its Winchester office. This is a quality-of-work hire, not a volume conveyancing seat. The team acts for a well-established local client base and the files reflect it.

The Role

• Managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity

• Acting for clients on higher value and more involved transactions as you develop

• Working alongside experienced property lawyers in a collaborative team

• Contributing to client relationships and the continued growth of the department

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 3 to 7 years PQE in residential property

• Comfortable running files independently with minimal supervision

• Strong client care skills and a commercially sensible approach

• Keen to build a long-term career within a respected Hampshire practice
