An established local firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor at the 2+ PQE level to join its team in Westbourne. Private client remains one of the most consistently busy practice areas on the South Coast, and this role offers a broad, good quality caseload in a firm where you will be a name, not a number.

This suits a solicitor in the earlier stages of their private client career who wants more responsibility, direct client relationships and room to grow into the more advisory end of the work.

The Role

• Wills, estate planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Probate and estate administration, including more involved estates as you develop

• Trust work and succession planning alongside senior colleagues

• Building lasting relationships with clients and local professional contacts

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years' private client experience

• Technically sound across wills, probate and LPAs

• A warm, patient manner with clients who are often dealing with difficult circumstances

• STEP qualification, or an interest in pursuing it, would be welcomed
