£50,000 - £70,000 | TEP / STEP Preferred | Hybrid Flexibility

RecQuest is partnering with a well-established South Coast law firm looking to strengthen its Private Client team with the addition of an experienced solicitor in Bournemouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and wants exposure to high-quality advisory work, including succession planning and HNW matters.

The firm has an excellent reputation locally and continues to see strong growth within Private Client, particularly around estate planning, trusts, and wealth transfer advice.

The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload across a broad range of private client matters, with the autonomy to build trusted relationships while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

The role includes:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Trusts and succession planning

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

• High net worth advisory work

• Tax and wealth preservation considerations

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Private Client experience

• TEP or STEP qualification preferred

• Strong technical knowledge alongside a personable and pragmatic approach

• Someone confident managing their own caseload independently

• Excellent client care and relationship management skills
