RecQuest is recruiting a Private Client Senior Associate for a well regarded firm on the edge of the New Forest.

Lymington and the surrounding villages generate exactly the client demographic that makes private client work interesting: established local families, significant property assets, business owners and multi generational estates. This is a senior role with the caseload to match.

The role

• Complex will drafting, including tax and succession planning

• Probate and estate administration, including substantial estates

• Trust creation, variation and ongoing administration

• Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

• Advising high net worth and multi generational client families

• Supervising and developing more junior members of the team

About you

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with substantial private client experience

• STEP qualified, or working towards it

• Technically strong across wills, trusts, probate and estate planning

• Comfortable holding senior client relationships directly

• Interested in building profile within the local community
