A well-regarded regional law firm in Hampshire is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Lawyer / Solicitor to join its established team.

This is a senior-level role offering clear progression into Associate and Salaried Partner, alongside the opportunity to support and mentor junior team members.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Trusts

• Advising long-standing and high-net-worth clients

Alongside your own caseload, you will play a key role in supervising and developing more junior fee earners.

What They’re Looking For

• Experienced Private Client Solicitor or Lawyer (typically 6+ PQE)

• Strong technical grounding across wills, probate and trusts

• Ideally STEP qualified (or working towards)

• Experience or interest in supervising junior staff

• Looking for a clear progression pathway
