Litigation Lawyer – Gosport

A respected and long standing high street practice in Gosport is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join its established disputes team.

The firm advises a broad mix of local individuals and businesses, resulting in a genuinely varied caseload rather than a narrow specialism. This is a role for a lawyer who enjoys problem solving, direct client contact, and working within a smaller, well structured team where decision making is accessible.

The Opportunity

• Handle a mixed civil litigation caseload including contractual, property, and general disputes

• Advise clients from initial instruction through to resolution

• Work closely with senior colleagues and external counsel where appropriate

• Play a visible role within a stable and well regarded local firm

• Contribute to the continued development of the department

What We’re Looking For

• Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with civil litigation experience

• Strong drafting, analytical, and client advisory skills

• Confident managing client relationships and expectations

• Commercially aware and pragmatic in approach

• Comfortable working within a close working team
