RecQuest is recruiting a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive for an award winning Hampshire firm.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the variety of a mixed disputes caseload and wants direct client responsibility rather than sitting behind a partner's name on the file.

The role

• Managing your own caseload of civil and commercial disputes

• Contract disputes, professional negligence and debt recovery

• Landlord and tenant and property related litigation

• Advising clients clearly on strategy, prospects and costs

• Drafting pleadings, applications and court documents

• Court preparation and attendance

About you

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

• Solid civil or commercial litigation experience

• Confident with CPR and court deadlines

• Able to run files independently with appropriate support

• Clear and commercially minded in the advice you give
