A well established law firm in Portsmouth is looking to strengthen its residential property team with the addition of an experienced conveyancing paralegal or fee earner.

The team handles a consistent flow of residential work from long standing relationships with local agents and repeat clients, and this role will play an important part in supporting the continued growth of the department.

The Role

You will assist with and, depending on experience, manage a range of residential property matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity

• New build transactions

• Supporting senior fee earners on more complex files

• Liaising with clients, agents and lenders throughout transactions

You will be joining a supportive and experienced team where there is genuine opportunity to continue developing your conveyancing career.
