Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive - Wimborne

Wimborne, Dorset | Permanent | 3+ years PQE | Solicitor or CILEX | Salary dependent on experience

A respected Dorset firm with deep roots in its local market is looking for an experienced conveyancer to join its residential property team in Wimborne. Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives are equally welcome. It is the conveyancing ability that matters here, not the route you took to qualify.

This is the kind of role that suits someone who wants to be trusted with their own files, known by their clients and valued by the firm, rather than being one of forty fee earners in a processing centre.

The Role

• Running a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion

• Sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity across freehold and leasehold

• Direct client contact throughout, with much of the work coming from repeat clients and local referrals

• Working within a close, experienced team where support is genuinely available when needed

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' conveyancing experience

• Confident managing files independently and keeping transactions moving

• Personable, organised and committed to proper client care

• Looking for stability and a firm where you can settle long term
