The Role

• Supporting fee earners across the full residential conveyancing lifecycle

• File opening, client onboarding and ID checks

• Ordering searches and preparing contract packs

• Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders to keep transactions moving

• Exchange, completion and post-completion tasks including Land Registry applications

About You

• Some conveyancing or legal assistant experience is ideal, though strong legal administrators with a clear interest in property will be considered

• Organised, accurate and comfortable managing competing deadlines

• Confident on the phone with clients and third parties

• Keen to build a long-term career in residential property
