A law firm in the Portsmouth and Fareham area is looking for a Conveyancing Lawyer to join its residential property team. The salary band is deliberately wide because the firm is genuinely open on level. Whether you are a conveyancer ready for your next step or a senior fee earner who wants a firm that will pay properly for your experience, the role will be shaped around the right person.

You will run your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build work. The mix, volume and supervision structure will reflect your level.

• Solid residential conveyancing experience as a solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or experienced fee earner

• The ability to manage a caseload with a level of independence appropriate to your experience
